Refund policy

Hey, gorgeous! Here's everything you need to know about returns.

Return Window: You have 15 days from delivery to start a return. After that, we're unable to offer a refund or store credit.

Condition Requirements: Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging with all tags attached. We cannot accept items that show signs of wear or are missing original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned: intimate or sanitary goods, shapewear, lingerie, hosiery, makeup, breast forms, crossdressing masks, custom or personalized items, health and personal care items, latex products, and sale or clearance items.

Restocking Fee: Eligible returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee (50% for footwear), deducted from your store credit.

Refund Method: Approved returns are issued as store credit (no expiration). Out-of-stock or backordered items are also refunded as store credit.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns. Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.

Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we'll email you within 15 days with the outcome.

Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and shipping label. We'll arrange a replacement or store credit if a replacement isn't available — no restocking fee applies. We do not offer exchanges for incorrect size or color, so please check our sizing chart carefully before ordering.

Shipping for Returns: For items over $75, we recommend trackable shipping or shipping insurance — we can't issue credit for returns lost in transit.

Discount Codes: Codes must be applied at checkout and can't be added retroactively.

Order Changes & Cancellations: Once placed, orders cannot be canceled or modified, including shipping addresses. Please double-check your order before completing checkout — we're not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
